Privacy information

1. Demo-request information
When you request a Zennora demo, the form may collect your name, business name, business website, work email, optional phone number and information about what you want Zennora to help with. Zennora uses this information to review the business website, prepare a demonstration, contact you about the request and manage the inquiry.
2. Form processing and business records
Demo-request information is submitted through a Google Apps Script workflow and may be stored in a Google Sheet used by Zennora to manage inbound leads. Zennora may also use its business email provider to send confirmation messages and internal notifications related to the request.
3. Website analytics
Zennora uses Google Analytics 4 to understand website usage and measure actions such as page visits and demo requests. Analytics may process information such as page paths, referring source, device or browser information, approximate location and related technical identifiers according to Google’s own privacy practices.
4. Scheduling
If you choose the optional guided walkthrough, the website loads or opens Calendly. Information entered into Calendly is processed according to Calendly’s own privacy practices.
5. AI chatbot and demonstration providers
Zennora uses third-party AI and technology service providers, including Voiceflow, to operate website chatbot experiences and personalized demonstrations. Information entered into a chatbot, together with limited technical information needed to provide the service, may be processed by those providers.
Do not enter personal health information, insurance details, payment information, passwords, confidential business information or other sensitive personal information into a demonstration or public website chatbot.
6. Data minimization
Zennora aims to collect only the information reasonably needed for the intended business workflow. Client businesses remain responsible for confirming that their own production collection, retention and use of information meet applicable legal and professional obligations.
7. Demonstration links
Personalized demonstration pages may be unlisted and excluded from search indexing, but an unlisted page is not the same as a password-protected secure portal. Confidential information should not be placed on an unlisted demonstration page.
8. Third-party services
Zennora may use third-party services for website hosting, scheduling, analytics, AI demonstrations, email, spreadsheets, workflow automation and related operations. Those providers may process information as needed to provide their services and according to their own terms and privacy practices.
9. Questions or requests
Questions about this privacy information or a request concerning information submitted to Zennora can be sent to hello@zennora.ca.
