Website & demonstration terms
Last updated: August 22, 2026
1. Website information
The Zennora website describes current services, examples and pricing for general information. Features, scope and pricing for a specific implementation are confirmed before launch.
2. Demonstrations
A personalized 3-day demo is intended to show how Zennora could work for a business. A demo may use public website information and example scenarios. Requesting or reviewing a demo does not require the business to purchase a service and does not by itself change the business’s live website.
3. Illustrative AI responses
Website examples and demonstrations are illustrative. Businesses are responsible for reviewing and approving production information, escalation rules, links and workflows before launch.
4. Professional and emergency matters
Zennora is not a substitute for professional judgment, emergency services, clinical diagnosis, vehicle diagnosis, on-site trade assessment or final pricing. Appropriate questions should be routed to qualified staff or the relevant emergency channel.
5. Acceptable use
Users should not attempt to misuse, disrupt, reverse engineer or submit unlawful, harmful or sensitive information through the public website or demonstration experiences.
6. Third-party services
Some features may rely on third-party services such as scheduling, hosting, analytics, AI platforms, email, spreadsheets or workflow tools. Availability and operation of those services may be subject to their own terms.
7. No guaranteed business outcome
Zennora is designed to improve access to information and guide visitors toward useful next steps, but it does not guarantee a particular number of bookings, leads, calls, revenue or other business result.
